Overview Atlanta-based law firm seeks a Personal Injury Attorney, Intake Specialist and Paralegal. Job Details Atlanta-based law firm seeks a Personal Injury Attorney. This position involves assisting our senior attorney on litigation cases. For cases valued over $150,000, the candidate will work with the senior litigation attorney to prosecute the case. For cases under $150,000, the candidate will move the case toward resolution or trial with senior attorney supervision. This is a great position for self-starters who want to conduct discovery, complete depositions, attend mediation and take cases to trial. Responsibilities Assist senior attorney on litigation cases Prosecute cases over $150,000 with the senior attorney Move cases toward resolution or trial on cases under $150,000 with supervision by the senior attorney Conduct discovery, complete depositions, attend mediation, and take cases to trial Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an attorney in personal injury or related field. Compensation & Schedule Salary: $100,000 - $200,000 per year. Hybrid or REMOTE schedule.
