Job Description

Our Fitchburg-based e-commerce client is seeking Seasonal Administrative Customer Support.

Are you a tech-savvy, customer service-oriented professional with exceptional communication and multi-tasking skills?

Are you creative?

Bring your team-player mentality to this small, closeknit team for their holiday season.

In this role, you will:

assist customers via the phone, email and live chats
heavy data processing between systems
conduct quality assurance checks on physical product

Experience in MS InDesign and working with converting CSV files into PDFs, as well as bilingual Spanish-fluency is a bonus!

Schedule: Onsite Weekdays between 8am and 5pm (1 hour lunch)

Pay : $21-23/depending upon experience + a completion bonus to be paid out just in time for the holidays!

GREAT BENEFITS from Day 1 including PTO and weekly pay!

This position requires a pre-employment background check - which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended.
