Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative on the east side of Madison! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and has strong customer service, communication, and administrative skills. This individual will be cross trained on a variety of office functions and play an important role in supporting daily operations. Previous office experience, strong data entry skills, and professionalism across all levels of communication are a must!


Pay: $21.00-$25.00/hour


Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Work includes:

• Providing excellent customer service to clients, customers, and vendors
• Performing accurate data entry and general administrative support
• Processing invoices
• Dispatching as needed
• Cutting checks
• Being cross trained on a variety of administrative office functions
• Communicating professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate professionally across all levels of the company
• Previous administrative or office experience preferred
