Housing Stability Case Manager

The Porchlight Men’s Shelter seeks a dedicated Case Manager to provide housing-focused case management and individualized support to guests. You will enroll new guests, set housing goals, connect to resources, and coordinate services to pursue permanent housing. Strong communication, organizational, and crisis-management skills are essential.
