Highlands Ranch Family Seeking Full-time Nanny Open Position Highlights Location: University and Quebec Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (plus occasional flexibility for date nights). Guaranteed 40 hours per week. Live‑In / Live‑Out: Live‑out Commitment / Contract Length: Long‑term position, 1+ year (longer if a strong match) Start Date: April 6th Family and Household Dynamics Children's Ages: 2.5 and 11 months (older child is 9 and in full‑time school, not requiring care) About the Children: The youngest is transitioning to one nap a day, is breastfeeding and taking bottles, and is gentle and sweet. The toddler loves singing, dancing, attending ballet, enjoys being a big sister, and is working towards full potty training; she also takes one nap a day. About the Family: Dual working parents, both WFH, with private office spaces. About the Pets: No pets in the home. Additional Notes: Looking forward to welcoming a new nanny soon who will be part of their parenting team. Key Responsibilities Standard Duties: Children’s laundry, cooking for the children, light tidying and picking up, unloading and loading the dishwasher, cleaning breast‑pump parts, staying on the daily schedule, planning educational activities, and going on fun outings. Travel Requirements: No travel required; family would appreciate a candidate open to occasional travel with advanced notice. Desired Skills and Abilities 2+ years of nanny experience with toddlers Previous experience caring for multiple children at one time Experience and knowledge of potty training Ability to plan age‑appropriate educational and learning activities Shared Christian faith will thrive in this family 100% reliability Happiness in taking children on outings, strong organization, patience, kindness, and full focus on the children Compensation and Benefits Rate of Pay (gross): $30‑$32 per hour (gross). Guaranteed hours equate to an annualized compensation of $62,400‑$66,500 gross per year.
