Enterprise Deployment Strategist: Pilot to Global Scale

We are placing Forward Deployed Strategists at fast-growing startups redefining how Fortune 500 companies operate. These are high-ownership, client-facing roles for someone who combines top-tier consulting or enterprise sales rigor with the operator instincts to lead complex deployments end-to-end — taking warm leads, converting executives into pilots, and driving them through to full production and account expansion. These are not traditional sales or implementation roles. You own the relationships and the executional outcome simultaneously. What You’ll Do Own the relationships with enterprise accounts — from initial conversation through pilot, production, and expansion Scope deployments by deeply understanding customer processes, aligning complex stakeholder webs, and defining clear success metrics Lead cross-functional delivery teams including Forward Deployed Engineers to execute pilots and scale to full production Navigate ambiguous, high-stakes enterprise environments — managing change, mitigating blockers, and keeping executives aligned Identify expansion opportunities and drive account growth from initial pilot to global scale Who You Are Senior FDS (6+ years) You’ve carried quota or owned commercial targets at enterprise accounts and have a track record of closing and delivering complex deals. You’ve been an Engagement Manager or Principal at MBB, an Enterprise AE at a Series C+ company, a Deployment Strategist, or a founder with GTM and delivery experience. Junior FDS (2–5 years) You’re customer-facing with project delivery experience — MBB, Tier 2 consulting, scale-up BizOps, GTM, PM, AE, or founder. You’ve owned client relationships, not just supported them, and you’re ready to carry commercial targets. Key Requirements 2+ years at MBB or Tier 2 consulting with 4+ years, OR enterprise sales/AE experience at a startup, OR forward-deployed experience Proven customer-facing ownership — must have directly owned client relationships Strong commercial instincts — scoping, negotiating, and closing complex enterprise deals Led end-to-end deployments with measurable outcomes — shipped pilots, hit success metrics, scaled to production Enterprise stakeholder management — navigates from ops through C-suite at Fortune 500s Can assess what engineers are building and engage on implementation without being an engineer Carried quota or owned commercial targets at enterprise accounts #J-18808-Ljbffr StaffGreat.com
