Associate Inside & Digital Sales Representative

Role: Associate Inside & Digital Sales Representative (U.S. Petcare Division) Primary Responsibilities Drive sales performance in assigned geography using solution selling, territory management, Zoetis resources, and strong organizational relationships. Meet/exceed sales objectives (quota) including for key growth products; launch new product/service offerings. Balance a broad portfolio and improve key sales metrics (e.g., growth rates, business health). Demonstrate solution selling; build technical knowledge and veterinary practice expertise; become a trusted advisor. Build and service relationships with targeted hospitals/personnel; follow Zoetis promotional guidelines. Meet/exceed departmental KPI targets for customer engagement and utilization of Zoetis tools/technologies. Develop and execute an annual Territory Business Plan; leverage SWOT and industry insights. Create SMART goals; use Zoetis samples/educational materials/events to maximize ROI. Use CRM to identify account growth opportunities; conduct quarterly business reviews and adjust strategy. Work cross-functionally (in-person/virtual) and uphold integrity/compliance, communication, administrative responsibilities, and teamwork. Professional Development Complete Zoetis product/industry learning curriculum and an annual Individual Development Plan; incorporate feedback. Education & Experience / Skills Associate degree required; BS/BA preferred. Animal health/veterinary medicine knowledge preferred. Accountable for results; analytical/insight-driven decision-making; follow-through and attention to detail. Ability to manage assigned expense budgets. Strategic selling, customer-focused, ability to articulate complex concepts succinctly. Professional presentation; independent and team-based capability; willingness to accept feedback. Computer skills (MS Office/Outlook; ability to learn Zoetis systems). Travel Limited travel for regional/national sales meetings and onsite trainings. Compensation & Benefits (provided) Base salary range: $54,106–$96,400; eligible for short- and long-term incentives.
