Service Desk Technician

As a full-time remote Service Desk Technician II, the candidate will manage day-to-day support desk tickets, serve as an elevated resource for client requests, and ensure timely resolutions while maintaining high-quality service and adherence to Service Level Objectives (SLOs). Key responsibilities Manage client service tickets, ensuring timely resolution or proper escalation Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, conducting root-cause analysis for recurring problems Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance and support professional development Required qualifications 2-3 years of Help Desk experience Proficient in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Desktop and Server operating systems Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and related email technologies Familiarity with Hyper-V and VMware consoles for troubleshooting virtual machines Experience with network hardware, including Firewalls and Managed Switches
