What You'll Do
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders following clinical standards
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based assessments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Provide counseling and educational support to patients, families, and caregivers
- Document all clinical activities accurately in electronic health records
- Participate in care conferences, team meetings, and training sessions
- Support and supervise junior therapy staff and students as needed
What You Need
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts
- Prior experience in long-term care or similar settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple patients and treatment plans effectively
