Sr. People Analytics Consultant

Role Summary The Sr. People Analytics Consultant will be a key role working across Human Resources and with key business stakeholders to facilitate discussions on data needs, guide analytical efforts, and translate findings into presentations and recommendations that drive action. Responsibilities Facilitate Data‑Driven Thinking – partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand workforce‑related priorities, translate needs into data questions and analytical projects, and support post‑analysis action planning and recommendations. Lead Deep Dive Analyses – manipulate, integrate and transform data through a variety of tools to determine trends, address hypotheses and create new data collection channels (e.g., external sources, research, surveys). Develop Influential Visuals and Stories – translate data collection methodologies and analytical results into stories and presentations that enable leaders to understand opportunities, key findings and guide decision making. Foster Continuous Improvement – stay current on analytical trends and related research (e.g., ethical data collection approaches and innovative visuals) to challenge and improve the people analytics team's processes. Manage Special Projects and Ad‑Hoc Requests – support data requests and custom needs, and take on project roles related to people analytics. Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Business Intelligence or related consulting role. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Core Competencies Strong consulting, relationship‑building, influencing and collaboration skills to define needs and develop analytical strategies. Advanced problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot across multiple functional areas. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to visually convey information through graphs, charts and other means. Confidentiality when working with confidential HR and proprietary data. Ability to conduct analyses incorporating data from multiple sources to identify patterns and trends. Effective storytelling with data, including explaining technical details to non‑technical audiences. Understanding of HR concepts such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation, talent management, etc. Customer‑service mindset and strong verbal and written communication skills, with comfort presenting to management. Preferences Solid working knowledge of general HCM functionality, applicant tracking systems and reporting software. Experience in Workday a plus. Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $81,164.00 – $135,342.00. Actual base salary varies based on relevant skill, prior experience, education, peer comparability, performance and geographic location.
