Real Estate Attorney

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking Mid-Level Commercial Real Estate Associates to join their Colorado real estate practice group. This role offers the opportunity to work at the centre of sophisticated, high-value real estate transactions across the United States, advising institutional investors, developers, REITs, lenders, and private equity sponsors on complex commercial real estate matters. Associates will work on a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, joint ventures, and development projects across multiple asset classes, including office, retail, logistics, healthcare/senior living, hospitality, student housing, and data centres. The role also offers the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across tax, construction, planning & zoning, and corporate practices on large-scale, cross-market matters. Requirements: 4–6 years of commercial real estate experience at a nationally recognized law firm. Admission to the Colorado Bar, or ability to become admitted promptly. Demonstrated experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, and related commercial real estate matters.
