Sales Representative
Required skills and experience: 03 years of sales or customer-facing experience (any industry welcomed). Fresh graduates encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills, charisma, and professional presence. Highly coachable, competitive, and money-motivated. Comfortable with rejection and consistent outbound activity (cold calling + in-field prospecting). Must live within ~15 minutes of the Sonoma County office/territory. Reliable vehicle + valid driver's license (daily travel required; $500 stipend provided). Fully onsite no remote or hybrid work.
Job description: You will spend your day developing a completely net-new sales territory for one of Insight Global's top clients in the printer and office-technology space. This includes prospecting local businesses, making outbound calls, conducting in-person visits, and setting appointments with decision makers. You will run a full sales cyclefrom identifying opportunities to presenting solutions and closing dealswhile receiving hands-on coaching, field guidance, and structured mentorship throughout your ramp. As you gain traction, you'll begin managing and growing the accounts you win, building a long-term book of business within your territory.
