You will spend your day developing a completely net-new sales territory for one of Insight Global’ s top clients in the office-technology space. This includes prospecting local businesses, making outbound calls, conducting in-person visits, and setting appointments with decision makers. You will run a full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to presenting solutions and closing deals—while receiving hands-on coaching, field guidance, and structured mentorship throughout your ramp. As you gain traction, you'll begin managing and growing the accounts you win, building a long-term book of business within your territory.

 

Responsibilities:

• Prospect new business through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door outreach
• Meet with local businesses to identify needs and present solutions
• Build and manage a sales pipeline
• Develop and grow client relationships
• Close new business and expand existing accounts

 

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of sales, customer-facing, or business development experience preferred
• Competitive, coachable, and high energy
• Comfortable with cold calling and hearing "no"
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

 

Compensation:

• $50,900 estimated OTE structure including base, first -year bonus, car, and phone allowance. On top of this you will get uncapped commission from Day 1.
