Business Development Coordinator

About this position Sandis is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to work with our teams in the Greater Sacramento Metropolitan Area and the Central Valley. Responsibilities: Network and outreach to potential clients for projects that align with company marketing goals. Help build a client pipeline through various channels such as networking events, referrals, and industry conferences. Produce and maintain relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and deliver the full range of our services. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to establish and strengthen connections. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute networking strategies, including digital platforms and social media. Assist with strategies to acquire new business and expand the company’s presence in the construction industry. Maintain and enter project, client, and business development information into the company’s CRM system. Occasionally travel outside of Northern California to attend conferences. What will help you be successful: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. 1+ years in business development, sales, or account management in the construction industry. Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Suite, and MS Office Suite. In-depth knowledge and strong connections in the construction industry preferred. Organized, self-driven, and able to meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation/public speaking, and interpersonal skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
