The Title Assistant will be responsible for below specific duties. Your specific duties will include:- Handling documents and files for title insurance and escrow processes.
- Conducting title and lien searches.
- Performing clerical duties related to escrow procedures.
- Working closely with a licensed professional to prepare paperwork for transaction completion.
- Typing quickly and accurately while reviewing documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors under tight deadlines.
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- 1 year of title insurance experience.
- 1 year of Microsoft Office experience.
