I'm looking for a teachable, motivated Loan Officer in the area who wants to partner with an experienced mentor who has already closed 28 loans this year — and is still actively loading applications.
This isn't just another LO position. You'll have the opportunity to:
Learn the business from someone actively producing
Get step-by-step guidance on how to build your own business
Share commissions while you learn and grow
Get real-world insight on prospecting, Realtors, marketing & closing loans
Follow a proven roadmap instead of trying to figure it out alone
Ideal candidate:
• Has completed 4–8+ loans
• Teachable and coachable
• Willing to follow a proven process
• Hungry to build a successful mortgage business
• Processors ready to step into originating are encouraged to apply!
