Title Assistant
Our client, a Mortgage and Real Estate Services company, is looking for a Title Assistant for their Roseville, CA location. Responsibilities include providing nationwide title services, playing a supportive role in closing an escrow transaction, handling necessary documents and files for the title insurance and escrow processes, conducting title or lien searches, clerical duties regarding specific escrow procedures, and working closely with a licensed professional to prepare paperwork to complete the transaction. The candidate must type fast and accurately and can check documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors under tight deadlines.
Requirements include one year of Microsoft Office experience (preferred), one year of title insurance experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
