Service Advisor

In this role, you'll schedule service appointments, communicate repair recommendations, manage customer relationships, and help keep our service department operating efficiently. You'll work closely with technicians, foremen, and management to deliver exceptional customer service while driving shop productivity and profitability.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Team-oriented attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Previous service, automotive, diesel, or dealership experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Schedule and coordinate repair work
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
• Review and close repair orders
• Coordinate parts availability and service scheduling
• Support service department operations and team success
