Accounting Associate (Part-Time) Brooklyn Heights, OH Monday-Thursday | 32 Hours per Week $45,000-$50,000 Annually Looking for a rewarding accounting opportunity with a great work-life balance? Responsibilities Process Accounts Payable invoices, coding, reconciliations, and vendor payments Assist with bi-weekly payroll, including time collection and payroll support Post daily cash receipts and maintain Accounts Receivable records Perform General Ledger account analysis and reconciliations Process W-9s and 1099s Research discrepancies and resolve accounting issues Provide general administrative support to the accounting department Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of accounting experience Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger Sage 100 or other ERP software experience preferred Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Vacation, Personal Time & Holidays 401(k) with Profit Sharing Life & Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Account Employee Referral Program If you’re looking for a stable opportunity with a four-day work week and a supportive team, apply today!
