Engineering TechnicianLocation: Pittsburgh, PA Pay: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour Schedule: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)Job OverviewWe are hiring an Engineering Technician to support electrical and mechanical modifications on advanced vehicle platforms. This role involves building wiring harnesses, performing vehicle modifications, and supporting testing and validation efforts in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manufacture automotive wiring harnesses using schematicsPerform low-voltage electrical wiring for vehicle systemsExecute mechanical and electrical vehicle modificationsTroubleshoot systems and support root cause analysisPrototype and implement solutions quicklyDocument processes, procedures, and resultsSupport validation and testing activitiesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspaceCollaborate with engineering and cross-functional teamsRequirementsExperience with electrical and mechanical tools (crimpers, strippers, wiring, etc.)Experience with wiring harnesses and low-voltage electrical systemsAbility to read schematics and technical drawingsHands-on experience with vehicle modificationsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and documentation skillsBackground in automotive, robotics, aerospace, or similar fields preferredFull Work ScheduleMonday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM40 hours per weekFully onsite role at test track facility
