HVAC Installation Technician

We’re looking for an HVAC Installation Technician who takes pride in building comfort the right way. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a HVAC Installation Technician, you’ll install residential heating and cooling systems safely, efficiently, and to company standards while protecting the customer’s home and supporting the installation team. Install split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, package units, mini-splits, and air handlers Install ductwork, zoning systems, thermostats, controls, and indoor air quality equipment Complete equipment changeouts, start-ups, testing, and commissioning Read job scopes and prepare materials, tools, and equipment Protect the customer’s home and maintain a clean work area Identify installation, code, safety, and performance concerns Communicate job progress and changes with customers, teammates, and management Complete accurate installation documentation Keep company vehicles, tools, and materials organized Follow company safety, quality, and refrigerant-handling standards Participate in ongoing technical and professional training WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Three years of residential HVAC installation experience requested, but not required Experience installing a variety of residential HVAC systems Working knowledge of airflow, electrical, refrigeration, venting, and controls EPA certification preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent communication and teamwork skills Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company requirements Dependable, adaptable, and ready to learn Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation WHY TRAVIS CRAWFORD?
