Compensation: $22.00 – $32.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Position Summary

The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance services
• Accurately document service work using company software
• Communicate system performance and repair recommendations to customers
• Participate in on-call rotation and overtime as required
• Maintain clean and organized company vehicle

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• EPA Universal Certification (Required)
• Positive and professional demeanor

Compensation & Benefits

• $22.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience, skill level, and qualifications
