Sign-on Bonus: $5,000

Pay Range from $70,000-$100,00  plus Commission

Full-time ,year-round work

Weekly Pay on Fridays (Direct Deposit)

The HVAC Service Technician plays a vital role in ensuring heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems operate efficiently and reliably. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this position primarily serves residential projects across the local region. The technician handles routine maintenance, installations, and emergency repairs while maintaining professional communication with customers and documenting all work using company software.

Responsibilities

• Perform system maintenance and diagnostics to ensure optimal HVAC performance
• Conduct repairs and parts replacement during service calls
• Assist with residential installation projects and ensure proper equipment setup
• Test equipment to verify functionality after servicing or repairs
• Respond promptly to emergency regional repair requests
• Engage professionally with customers, providing clear service updates
• Coordinate regularly with a small team of technicians during service calls
• Document all work performed using company software

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in HVAC service work 

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• EPA Section 608 Certification
• Skill in electrical troubleshooting
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Effective time management skills
