We're a growing two-location orthodontic practice looking for a front desk rockstar who can run the front of house with confidence, warmth, and zero dropped balls.

This is not a sit-and-answer-phones role. You'll be the first impression for every patient and family who walks through our door, and you'll be expected to own the financial conversation, from insurance verification to collecting payments, without hesitation.

What we need from you:

• Fluent in English and Spanish. You'll use both every single day
• Comfortable discussing treatment costs and collecting money confidently and professionally
• Experience verifying dental or orthodontic insurance (orthodontic preferred)
• Warm, genuine, and energetic with patients and families
• Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need to be micromanaged
• Dependable, your team counts on you being there and being on
• Open to learning our systems and doing things our way

Bonus points for:

• Orthodontic front desk experience specifically
• Experience in a multi-location practice

What you'll be doing:

• Greeting patients and managing check-in and check-out
• Answering phones and converting calls to scheduled appointments
• Verifying insurance benefits and explaining coverage to patients
• Collecting payments and managing financial arrangements
• Keeping the schedule running smoothly across two locations
