Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least four years relevant experience, an associate or bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work or another Human Services Field is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for building effective relationships with individuals and their support systems, fostering trust and open communication. A deep understanding of behavioral health challenges, along with experience in therapeutic intervention techniques, will allow you to create personalized plans that resonate with each individual's interests and goals.Proficiency in relevant software and tools is important for tracking progress and documenting interventions effectively. Additionally, problem-solving abilities and adaptability are key, enabling you to navigate the complexities of each unique situation.
