This role focuses on patient satisfaction, efficient communication, and maintaining organized unit operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. CPR certification within the first 60 days of employment. Fluent in English. Willing to work flexible hours. Preferred Data entry experience. Knowledge of computer programs. Skills and Knowledge Knowledge of medical terminology. Strong concentration and multitasking skills. Self‑motivation and sound judgment in handling patient and visitor inquiries.
