Compensation & Incentives Pay Range: Min: $35.77/hr Max: $49.18/hr Weekend Differential: +$3/hour (Sat-Sun) Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Relocation: Case-by-case Role Summary The Physical Therapist: Evaluates and treats patients with functional impairments Develops individualized care plans with physicians and care teams Provides hands-on therapeutic interventions Educates patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility tools Tracks progress and adjusts treatment plans Coordinates caseload and workflow priorities Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum stated) License: Licensed Physical Therapist (Florida) Experience: Open to all experience levels New grads accepted Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
