Help

• You will serve as the EEO Complaints Manager ensuring that the complaints processing system is administered effectively.
• You will provide program initiatives to improve organizational efficiency, ensure mission alignment and accountability.
• You will Inform senior leadership on sensitive EEO trends and legal issues.
• You will ensure technical accuracy and clarity to drive informed management decision-making.
• You will be responsible for advising EEO leadership on sensitive Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) trends and relevant legal developments.

• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States drivers license.
• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
• You may be required to file a "Financial Disclosure Statement - OGE-450" annually.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Counsels employees and applicants who believe they have been discriminated against; 2) Manages the Formal EEO program and fosters an environment that administers all resources in a manner that instills public trust while accomplishing the mission; 3) Develops policies and procedures for the overall EEO program which includes EEO counseling, complaints administration, and related training services; 4) Determines objectives, sets priorities, and ensure sound management processes and procedures are in place; 5) Demonstrates ability to clearly and effectively articulate, present, and promote varied ideas and issues before a wide range of audiences; and 6) Conveys written information in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner, using correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
