Our 122,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries.JOB DESCRIPTION:Position OverviewThe Staff Engineer, Process Development & Automation will play a key role in the development and deployment of automation technologies supporting Exact Sciences' expanding histopathology laboratory operations, including the new Cancer Diagnostics Division laboratory in Madison, WI. This position partners with laboratory operations, engineering, quality, IT, facilities, and external vendors to implement digital pathology, laboratory automation, workflow improvements, and related process development initiatives.The primary focus of this role is program execution. The Staff Engineer will lead and coordinate implementation activities, manage project deliverables, support system integration and validation efforts, and drive successful deployment of new technologies in a regulated diagnostics environment.
