Joshua Thibodeaux State Farm is looking for a driven Insurance Sales Representative who is ready to build a rewarding career-not just find another job.

What You'll Do

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll play an important role in helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most. Every conversation is an opportunity to build relationships, educate customers, and provide customized insurance solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and follow-up opportunities
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate insurance and financial products
• Quote, sell, and service Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Business, and other insurance products
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into long-term customers
• Schedule appointments and manage your own sales pipeline
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency processes
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Work collaboratively with a positive, goal-oriented team

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, business development, customer success, or account management)
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Experience prospecting and generating new business is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
• Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
