Insurance Defense Attorney | Farmingdale, NY (Remote) – $170K
Location/Schedule: Farmingdale, NY ( Remote )
Base Salary: $170K
Practice: Long Island insurance defense — general liability, construction, products, professional liability, and employment defense for carriers and corporate insureds.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Defend general liability, construction, products, professional liability, and employment claims.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Draft motions and prepare cases for mediation and trial.
- Report to carriers on exposure and resolution.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active New York bar.
- 3–7 years post-bar insurance defense or civil litigation — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner.
- Depositions taken in the last 24 months.
