Associate Attorney

The firm is deeply rooted in New York law and passionate about supporting those in need. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney role based in Levittown, New York. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling cases from inception to conclusion. This includes conducting legal research, advising clients on their legal options, drafting legal documents, independently managing discovery, negotiating settlements, and litigating cases in court. The individual will collaborate closely with clients to represent their best interests and contribute to the firm’s goal of achieving justice for those harmed by negligence. This is a hybrid role. Qualifications Strong knowledge and practical experience in civil litigation; interest in trying cases is preferred Proficiency in conducting thorough Legal Research and drafting discovery documents Excellent Negotiation skills to advocate effectively on behalf of clients Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Currently licensed to practice law in the state of New York Prior experience in plaintiff's personal injury is a plus Commitment to client advocacy and delivering high-quality legal representation #J-18808-Ljbffr Silverberg & Henderson, PLLC
