Associate AttorneyThe Associate Attorney will manage a caseload, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to achieving positive client outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and handle assigned legal matters from inception through resolution.Conduct legal research and analysis.Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, correspondence, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and negotiations.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders.Collaborate with partners and support staff on case strategy and execution.Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with all deadlines.QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active license and good standing with the NYS Bar.1-5 years of relevant legal experience preferred.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with legal research platforms and Microsoft Office applications.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Personal Injury.Courtroom and deposition experience.Strong client relationship management skills.#2127OS
