A growing technology solutions organization is seeking a Procurement & Operations Coordinator to play a key role supporting procurement, sales operations, and business operations across a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This position offers direct visibility to leadership and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including purchase orders, vendor coordination, invoicing, and order fulfillment
• Maintain procurement records, licensing inventories, pricing schedules, and vendor documentation
• Resolve procurement, billing, and fulfillment issues
• Support sales operations, reporting, and RFP coordination
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
• Help implement AI-powered workflows and automation tools to streamline business operations
• Collaborate with internal teams, distributors, and technology partners to ensure seamless execution

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or sales operations
• Experience with a technology reseller, distributor, systems integrator, managed services provider, or IT services organization preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Preferred Experience

• Technology procurement or distribution experience
• Exposure to Federal contracting environments
• CRM or sales operations experience (HubSpot preferred)
• Interest in AI, workflow automation, and operational efficiency
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or IT infrastructure technologies
