Your background as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or credentialed School Psychologist will be highly valued. Apply your skills to support students, collaborate with educators, and drive meaningful change through evidence-based practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification or School Psychologist credentials
- Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing/implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Proficiency in non-violent behavioral intervention training and strategies
- Strong knowledge and practical application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- A problem-solving mindset paired with a compassionate approach to student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
- Develop, implement, and monitor BIPs tailored to individual student needs
- Provide consultation and training on ABA methodologies and non-violent behavioral interventions to school staff
- Collaborate with educators, support teams, and families to ensure comprehensive support for each student
- Collect and interpret behavioral data to guide ongoing program adjustments
- Contribute to a safe, nurturing school atmosphere by promoting positive behavioral supports
