Firehouse Subs Restaurant Manager

This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs® Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Basic managerial duties
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Adherence to Firehouse Subs® Policies and Procedures
• Ensuring profitability of business
• Providing leadership to the restaurant team
• Assisting the GM in coordinating operations game plans
• Interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees
• Ensuring accuracy and completion of required programs, reports, and legal documents
• Implementing and promoting Public Safety Foundation initiatives
• Representing Firehouse Subs® professionally
• Communicating effectively to the GM/Owner
• Ability to work on feet for up to 13 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Any other duties assigned by GM/Owner

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
