Recruiter

The organization is seeking an on-site Recruiter to join their Field Talent Acquisition team. This role involves recruiting entry-level candidates for fulfillment centers located in Pennsylvania. The recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle staffing, maintaining a focus on providing an excellent candidate experience, and supporting the organization's hiring needs through effective sourcing and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities Execute recruitment plans and develop talent pipelines. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure hiring objectives are achieved. Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Manage multiple priorities efficiently and flexibly. Maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing methods. Build and develop a pipeline of candidates aligned with market demands and organizational strategies. Monitor and communicate recruitment metrics and performance throughout the hiring cycle. Continuously propose and implement improvements to recruitment processes. Uphold professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Connect regularly with new hires to ensure a positive onboarding experience. Perform additional duties as required and assigned. Required Qualifications Proven experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS). Strong project management and agency management skills. Excellent networking and communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships. Ability to independently manage multiple demands and re-prioritize effectively. High sense of urgency with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Proficiency with the latest technology and tools relevant to recruitment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in high-volume recruiting environments. Demonstrated success in developing and managing candidate pipelines. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
