Physical Therapist Assistant – Home HealthStillwater, OK | Full-Time | Weekdays OnlyAre you a Physical Therapist Assistant looking for autonomy, and meaningful patient care without constant weekends or burnout?We're partnering with a respected healthcare provider in Stillwater, Oklahoma to hire a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant who enjoys delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.This role offers a flexible 40hr weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a real impact in patients recovery journeys—right where they need it most.We are seeking a dynamic, energetic PTA to help enhance independence for our patients.Caseload: 45 minute appointments, 5-7 patients/day, 15-20 patients/week depending on need and frequency.Key attributes we need for Physical Therapist Assistants:Excellent communicators who are patient centered.Patient cheerleader - desire to get them to return to their highest functional levels in a safe home setting.Active listener, with good communication skills, who can problem solve and think outside the box.Able to demonstrate high level of autonomy and accountability.Competitive wages and excellent benefits.Supportive work environment.Modern Healthcare's Best Places to Work - since 2012.Details:Full-time, 40 hours per weekMonday-FridayWeekends are very rare$28.67 - $38.00/hour.Job Summary:Responsible for performing various therapy treatments and documentation under direction of a Registered Physical Therapist within the home setting for home care clients with disease/disability on an intermittent basis in accordance with the plan of care.Qualifications:Current license to practice in Oklahoma.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Current CPR certification.Having and maintaining a valid Oklahoma Drivers License and satisfactory driving record is a condition of employment.Physical Requirements:Able to lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderately heavy material, supplies or patients (up to or >100 lbs.) for most of the shiftAble to lift, carry, push, and pull heavyweight materials (over 100 lbs.) occasionally.Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time throughout the work schedule, with some bending and stooping.Ability to work with confused and aggressive patients.Demonstrates adequate stamina to deal with stressful situations and complete the necessary work schedule.Able to work in latex-burdened environment.How to ApplyIf you're a skilled PTA looking for a flexible schedule, excellent pay, and a collaborative care environment, we'd love to hear from you.
