A leading healthcare software firm in Coppell, TX is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to help new clients successfully set up and use the TaxAct software suite. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in customer onboarding is preferred.
