Whether you're an experienced STNA or just starting your career, you'll be part of a supportive team that is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. Available Schedules: Full Time- Includes an every other weekend rotation 2:00pm-10:00pm 6:00pm-6:00am Responsibilities:- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining residents' dignity and independence
- Record and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
- Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide excellent resident care
- Current Ohio STNA certification
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and dependable attendance
