Entry-Level Manufacturing Position

This is an entry-level position and a great way to get your foot in the door at an excellent manufacturing facility in Racine!

Job Description:

Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to secure builds
Read work orders to manufacture products within specifications
Rotate through stations

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications

1+ year of consistent work history

Shift Schedule:

1st shift is 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Optional overtime during the week
Optional overtime 2 Saturday's per month

Pay starts at $17/hour with a raise at 90 days. This is a clean, climate-controlled, and well-lit manufacturing facility with a longstanding history of excellence in Racine. If you are interested, please apply and an Aerotek recruiter will be in contact with you shortly.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sturtevant, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
