Mechanical AssemblerAerotek is hiring mechanical assemblers for 1st shift! Assemblers will be responsible for team mechanical assembly of various railroad repair equipment and machines. Compensation ranges up to $22/hr based on skill-level and experience!Job Description:Follow a build sheet and/or blueprints to perform assembliesUtilize various hand and power tools to secure assembliesInspect and troubleshoot any malfunctions with the equipmentMust-Have Skills & Qualifications:2 years of mechanical assembly or mechanic experienceAbility to lift up to 50lbs consecutively2 years of reading and interpreting blueprint experienceShift Schedule:1st shiftMonday - Friday6am - 2:30pmWe are a well-lit, climate controlled facility with a longstanding tradition of excellence in Racine county.
