The Facility Engineer at the American National Red Cross supports our humanitarian mission by ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of buildings and critical systems. Reporting to Facilities, Maintenance & Asset Management, this role oversees HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, and building automation systems across assigned facilities. The engineer plans and manages preventive maintenance, coordinates vendors, supports capital projects, and responds to facility emergencies. This position partners with operations and disaster response teams to maintain resilient, code-compliant facilities that support blood services, training, and disaster relief operations.
