Jack Rabbit AC is hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing Fort Myers team. We are a fast-growing residential HVAC company serving Southwest Florida with a strong focus on customer service, fast response times, and quality workmanship. We proudly service Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Lehigh Acres, and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and tune-ups on AC equipment
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly to homeowners
• Complete service calls efficiently while delivering excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate service notes and documentation
• Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with residential split systems, heat pumps, and ductless systems preferred
