Real Estate Broker – Condo Deconversions & Multifamily Acquisitions Location: Chicago, IL Brokerage: 33 Realty About the Role 33 Realty is seeking a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker to join our growing Condo Deconversion & Multifamily Sales Team. This role focuses on identifying and executing condominium deconversion opportunities and facilitating multifamily investment sales throughout the greater Chicago area. You’ll collaborate with condo owners, HOA boards, property managers, attorneys, and institutional buyers to analyze, market, and close complex deconversion transactions. The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal skills with financial acumen and thrives in both residential and commercial deal environments. Key Responsibilities Engage with condo owners, HOA boards, and property managers to evaluate deconversion opportunities and educate on process. Perform property underwriting, analyze rent rolls, expenses, and comparable condo and apartment sales. Coordinate property tours and assist buyers, attorneys, and investors throughout due diligence and closing. Prospect and solicit new leads through direct outreach, networking, and property data research. Prepare BOVs, offering materials, and financial models. Qualifications Experience in investment sales, multifamily brokerage, or condo markets preferred. Understanding of Illinois condominium law and HOA structures. Proficiency with MLS, CoStar/LoopNet, and Excel. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Compensation Commission-based structure with potential for base salary or draw depending on experience and production history. Leads and marketing support provided.
