Process Assistant, XLDS

We are looking for motivated, customer‑focused individuals who want to join our team as a Process Assistant. In this role, you will lead and be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance, while ensuring customer orders are delivered on time. Our operation’s workflow has three major components: First mile – where the product is housed and ready for order; Middle mile – where the order is hauled to your area; and Last mile – when the product is delivered to the customer’s door. All workflows vary slightly, but our vision and dedication to the customer remain constant. Key Job Responsibilities Support, mentor, and motivate others. Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Collaborate with support teams (Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, Human Resources) to develop plans that meet business objectives. Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 49 pounds, standing and walking during shifts up to 12 hours, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, and climbing and descending stairs. Work in environments that vary in noise level, temperature, and weather conditions. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Work 40 hours per week and overtime as required. Basic Qualifications 1+ years using Microsoft Office products and applications. High school diploma or equivalent. Flexible to work shifts that include weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours. 18 years or older. ≥6 months of leadership experience in a retail, distribution, or similar environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing a team of 10+ employees or at least 1 year of direct management experience. Experience with process improvements (Lean Six Sigma and/or Kaizen). Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field.
