Filing/Billing Clerk

Position: Title Clerk / Billing Clerk Locations: Freehold, NJ & Burlington, NJ Company: Raceway Jeep At Raceway Jeep, we pride ourselves on accuracy, efficiency, and delivering a seamless experience for both our customers and internal teams. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk / Billing Clerk to join our growing automotive office team at our Freehold and Burlington locations. Position Overview: The Title Clerk / Billing Clerk is responsible for processing vehicle paperwork, handling title and registration documentation, and ensuring deals are accurately billed and completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and has strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Process vehicle title work and registration paperwork accurately and efficiently Submit all legal transfer documents to the DMV in a timely manner Verify costs, documents, and compliance for all vehicle sales transactions Bill car deals and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly Maintain organized records of titles, registrations, and deal jackets Work closely with sales, finance, and accounting departments to finalize transactions Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with dealership and state requirements Assist with additional office and administrative duties as needed Qualifications: Automotive dealership experience is required Previous title clerk, billing clerk, or automotive office experience preferred Familiarity with CDK Dealer Management System is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality What We Offer: Competitive pay Opportunity for growth within a respected automotive group Supportive team environment Full-time position with stable hours How to Apply: If you are a reliable and detail-oriented professional looking to grow your career within the automotive industry, we encourage you to apply for the Title Clerk / Billing Clerk position at Raceway Jeep.
