With significant assets under management and a collaborative, hands-on culture, the firm is continuing to expand across technology and other dynamic sectors.This is a senior leadership role within a lean, high-performing team, offering strong visibility with senior stakeholders, the opportunity to shape and scale a core finance function, and a flexible hybrid setup.There is a strong focus on modernization and process improvement. This is not a maintenance role. You will be expected to improve how things are done, introduce efficiencies, and help drive change as the platform scales. A forward-thinking approach to systems, automation, and emerging tools is highly valued.ResponsibilitiesLead oversight of fund accounting, managing a small team in a review-focused capacityOwn financial reporting across multiple investment vehiclesManage GP accounting (fees, offsets, fund lifecycle activity)Coordinate audit and tax processes with external partnersOversee capital activity, investor reporting, and cash managementSupport transaction closings and cross-functional initiativesDrive process, systems, and reporting improvementsSupport scaling of the platform as new funds are raisedFor fastest consideration, reach out to Michelle Espejo via email or LinkedIn.Requirements15+ years of experience in fund accounting experienceCPA & public accounting background preferredStrong understanding of fund structures and lifecycle complexityPrior leadership and team management experienceProven ability to improve processes and drive changeHighly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentInterested or even just curious?
