FAMILY LAW LEGAL ASSISTANT

Experienced legal assistant needed for boutique family law firm located off Route 79 Wexford exit in Franklin Park, PA. Fluency in Word, Outlook and Timeslips.

Significant responsibilities include court filing, communications with court staff, internal file management, drafting letters and emails, keeping office organized, managing attorney calendars and scheduling client appointments, as well as various office administrative and other clerical tasks as needed. Must be highly responsible, detailed oriented and dependable.

Experience and familiarity with filing procedures, communicating with court administration, judicial chambers, and department of court records preferred.

Candidates with paralegal experience, especially in family law, will also be given serious consideration.
