Customer Logistics Supervisor

Our client, a leader in modular building services, is seeking a Service Technician (Shop/Yard) to join their team. As a Service Technician, you will be an essential part of the operations supporting the inspection, repair, and refurbishment of modular buildings and mobile office units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate hands-on skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Service Technician (Shop/Yard)

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $20 -$22

Shift: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Inspect, repair, refurbish, and prepare modular buildings and mobile office units for customer delivery
• Perform framing, carpentry, and finish work to ensure quality standards
• Complete electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, and general construction repairs
• Inspect units for damages, document repairs needed, and perform modifications based on customer requests
• Maintain tools, equipment, and parts inventory while ensuring a clean and safe work environment

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in carpentry or related trades required
• Experience in construction, maintenance, or modular building repair preferred
• Basic electrical, plumbing, welding, or HVAC skills a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to work independently
